Good experience. Gad problem with room pricing but Managenent looked after professionally. Staff were friendly throughout the complex. Stayed only for diners and they were good. Will stay there again if we have the chance.
A massive improvement over the last time we were there, 3 or 4 years ago. The room was very nice, spacious, and the bed was comfy. The staff were super nice and helpful. The breakfasts were good. We used the pool and enjoyed it. Along with the hot tub. We also used the fire pit even though it was cold in December. We plan to be back next Christmas.

Great place to get away. Nice clean updated rooms with such details in the bathroom with the towels and a flower on the toilet paper... and very friendly staff. Loved the surprise for our anniversary, a bottle of delicious champagne and a card in our room.
I very much enjoyed my stay - the rooms are clean, the beds are comfy and the view is gorgeous! The best part, however, was the service. Kymberlee helped me print off papers I needed for a conference, and the maintenance crew helped me with a car issue. They were generous and so very kind! I’d recommend this place to anyone!
My boyfriend and I absolutely loved it here. View was gorgeous, rooms were really nice and the food was amazing. Service was great also!
The Heidel House never disappoints. The rooms and views throughout the hotel are beautiful! The service is incredible. We are at the Oakwood restaurant in the hotel. Ronda was our server. She was amazing. So sweet and so kind. We felt like family. The food was fantastic. We had the scallops appetizer, Caesar salad and we each had the filet. All were delicious. Compliments to the chef too. We will be back. Thanks for amazing night.
Had the food catered for a late week long event and it was not good. Catering staff had little experience and coffee ran dry alot and special diets came out 15 plus minutes after food was out. Asked to have sheets changed daily and it was not done. Trash was over flowing When using the space in the lower level staff was in the hallway back and forth over and over , taking loud and going in and out of what appeared to be a nearby break room.
